GSK - Voltaren Master Website
We provided Consultancy and Digital Project Management expertise to deliver a new website for Voltaren

Acting as an extension to the GSK Voltaren brand team, Incendiary Blue provided Digital Project Management expertise along with Strategic, UX and Design Consultancy, to help successfully launch the new master website for the Voltaren brand.

Overseeing, challenging and coordinating multiple partner agencies across different geographies (Saatchi & Saatchi, Edelman, Infosys, CMG) and internal GSK teams – IB played a pivotal role in ensuring the master site was delivered to the highest quality, helping GSK navigate through technical project complexities and internal hurdles to achieve a successful end product.

A smooth transition to localisation work-streams was completed, with further support and consultancy provided to appropriately plan for and facilitate the global roll out to local markets.

Coordinated and managed teams across 4 countries.
When additional support was required, IB were on hand to step into a more embedded role internally at GSK.
